While your submission still needs to meet core criteria and reflect real results, AI tools can help streamline the writing process and bring clarity and precision to your narrative. Entry Guidelines
We’ve simplified the process even more:
- No page limits!
- Submissions are now evaluated using character counts (no spaces) — outlined in the Call for Entries.
- Please ignore any system prompts about one- or two-page summaries. Just follow the character limits, and you’re set!
- Use this template to get your nomination started.
- If you’re a non-member and need to create an account, visit awards submission portal.
Key Dates to Remember
- Standard Deadline: Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
- LATE/Final Deadline: Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Late entries will incur a $25 fee per submission.)
Note: All entries must be submitted online by the final deadline — no exceptions!
